A separate side entrance lends privacy. Owner's guest room and home office occupy the first floor of the building.

A few things to note: this is an urban environment so you will hear neighbors, sirens, the restaurant next door, etc. Please no smoking or pets. The courtyard between the owner's home and the rear building is soley for owner's use. There is NO PARKING included.
